In appreciation of your outstanding contributions to the Bureau of Administration as the general contractor responsible for overall on site coordination for the cafeteria renovation project, with special recognition for your extraordinary efforts in working long hours to comply with design requirements and an aggressive schedule, and in resolving on site problems.
