Turn-key renovation for your commercial property

We specialize in redesigning and creating new work spaces for our customers, while taking great care to avoid interrupting their normal business operations. For most commercial jobs, we attempt to add space and function by remodeling the existing area. This may mean moving or removing a wall to enlarge the space.

Tenants often renew their leases with their landlord and, in return, may get a certain budget or allowance. Many landlords find that by providing a build-out allowance, they can retain a tenant for longer. It becomes a win-win situation for both the landlord and the tenant.

Depending on the landlord’s stipulations, the tenant may be able to completely renovate or remodel. Or, in some cases, they simply may be able to replace the carpet and put a fresh new coat of paint on the walls and ceiling. Whatever the situation may be, Hartman builders will work with the customer to turn a dull room into an appealing and functional workplace.

We know many of our commercial customers need an up front estimate to share with their landlord. Initially, customers can do one of two things. They can either provide us with a floor plan or we can help create one. After we have an initial floor plan, we can draw from our previous experience with similar jobs to arrive at an estimate.

If the customer decides to choose Hartman builders to complete his or her project, we can then provide numerous samples and a wide range of possibilities. The customer can begin choosing from paint colors and carpet or even hardwood floor options. He or she will then decide the finishing touches such as crown molding, doors, decorative trim, and baseboards. By providing our customers with a wide variety of samples, we can allow them to create a work environment and business customers will appreciate.

We are also aware that in many commercial projects, we must develop a schedule that will not interfere with your business. We may have to work in the evening hours or during the weekend to get your project completed. We may also have to schedule times to coordinate moving furniture or supplies in and out. We will work with each customer individually and do whatever necessary to complete the job in a timely manner.
